All items on Pasteltassel.com are personalized or custom-made, so we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If we have made an error with your order, please contact us and we will correct it.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Customers may reach out to us to request a change, and we may, at our discretion, process such requests. Kindly note that not all change requests may be accommodated.

 

Damage and Lost Package
If your package arrives damaged, is potentially lost or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. For delayed shipment, please contact the shipping courier to trace.

While we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we may choose to provide a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
