1. Can I upload photos from Instagram/Facebook accounts?

You can download photos from Instagram to your phone using the links below, and then upload the photos. If the user's account is in private mode, the photo downloader may not work.

Screenshots of photos are not recommended as they would greatly lower the resolution from the original photo. 

As we look to deliver only quality items, we could use a photo enhancer to enhance the quality of the images if we feel necessary. Kindly refer to our privacy policy for more information. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! While international shipping is not cheap, gather your friends and family’s orders to save!

Kindly note that International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

3. What is the shipping timeline?

We aim to ship your order within 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Local shipping is estimated to be 2 business days, and International shipping is estimated at 2-5 business days with Express shipping and 10-15 business days with Standard shipping.

4. Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

All orders placed are considered final. However, you can reach out to request a change, which we will try to accommodate at our discretion. We will update you on the status of your change request.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. The address can only be updated before the order has been shipped.


5. Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges as items in Pasteltassel.com are personalised. If we made any errors, please contact us and we'll make it right.


6. What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package arrives damaged, is potentially lost or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If your package is delayed, please reach out directly to the shipping courier to trace. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may choose to provide a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
